Types of Plans:

Preferred Provider Organization (PPO): Offers more flexibility in choosing healthcare providers, but using out-of-network providers may result in higher costs.

Private Fee-for-Service (PFFS): Allows members to see any doctor or hospital that accepts the plan's payment terms.
-
Special Needs Plans (SNP): Tailored for individuals with specific health needs, such as chronic conditions or those who are eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid.
